Green Bay Police Investigate Threat to Edison Middle School
UPDATE:
The Green Bay Police Department has found a bomb threat made to Edison Middle School, which temporarily evacuated faculty and students, on Friday, June 30, 2023, to not be credible.
Officers were dispatched around 10:00 a.m., and following multiple sweeps with an explosive detection dog, the scene was completely cleared at approximately 12:15 p.m. by law enforcement.

The Green Bay Police Department is actively investigating a threat called in to Edison Middle School, on Friday, June 30, 2023, which has evacuated faculty and students.
Officers were dispatched to the school at 442 Alpine Drive just after 10:00 a.m. and remain on scene.
Green Bay Area Public School District is notifying parents and caregivers of the reunification site.
We ask that the public avoid the area at this time and find alternate routes of travel.
