4th of July Community Event
Please be advised of the Street closures during this years Freedom Fest Event happening Downtown Mathis, Saturday, July 1st. Street closures will begin today at Noon, along E. San Patricio Ave. between Bee St. through Encinal St. City Hall will also close for business service at noon but is available by phone till 5:00p.m.
Tonight's Parade begins at 7:00 p.m. from the High School and ending at Hidalgo St. by H.E.B
Saturday's festivities will kick off with a 5K Run/Walk event beginning at 7:30a.m. from City Hall to the Middle School and ending back at City Hall.
