Uptown parade (6:30pm) and concert (7:00pm) still on as scheduled tonight in uptown Oxford. 
Freedom Festival Parade at 6:30pm and Summer Music Series featuring Michelle Robinson Band at 7:00pm are on as scheduled this evening in Uptown Oxford. High Street between College Ave and Poplar Street will be shut down during parade. Motorists use caution for pedestrians uptown. If weather conditions change and a cancellation is needed, a Nixle will be sent.
