On 07/01/2023 at 1200 hours, Officers responded to 2714 Los Angeles Ave in regards to two separate radio calls. One call was for possible narcotics activity and the second call was for a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, Officers contacted Cedric Tinsley 26 years old, out of Palmdale. At the conclusion of the investigation, Tinsley was arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle, a felon in possession of ammunition and a parole violation. The stolen vehicle associated with Tinsley’s arrest was taken as part of a burglary and multiple other felony crimes from LAPD’s jurisdiction. LAPD Detectives responded to Simi Valley Police Department in regards to their own investigation.  At the time of this Nixle, Tinsley will be booked on his crimes, however, it is unknown if he will be booked in Ventura County or Los Angeles County.
