* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following counties, Allen OH, Paulding, Putnam and Van Wert.
* WHEN...Until 515 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 206 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Van Wert, Delphos, Payne, Convoy, Ottoville, Middle Point, Fort Jennings, Grover Hill, Scott, Haviland, Cavett, Wetzel, Roselms, Tipton and Mcgill. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
