* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, De Kalb, Lagrange, Noble and Steuben.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 350 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Auburn, Kendallville, Garrett, Butler, Avilla, Albion, Waterloo, Hamilton, Rome City, Wolcottville, Ashley, Newville, Hudson, Corunna, Altona, Fairfield Center, Helmer, Sedan, Lisbon and Big Long Lake. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
