* Locations impacted include... Roanoke Rapids, Halifax, Scotland Neck, Enfield, Weldon, Whitakers, Castalia, Glenview, Medoc Mountain State Park and Aventon. This includes Interstate 95 near Mile Marker 78, near Mile Marker 79, near Mile Marker 80, near Mile Marker 81, near Mile Marker 82, near Mile Marker 83, and between Mile Markers 146 and 173.
