* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of North Mississippi, including the following counties, Lafayette and Panola.

* WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 647 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oxford, Batesville, Water Valley, John W Kyle State Park, Holly Springs National Forest, Sardis, Pope, Burgess, Springdale, Pleasant Grove, Curtis Station, Courtland, Abbeville, Taylor, Hayes Crossing, Shuford, Eureka Springs, College Hill, College Hill Station and Chapeltown. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
