On July 3, 2023 at approximately 11:30 pm Pomona PD received a call of a male adult suffering from a gunshot wound in the area of County Rd and Camphor Pl. Paramedics from LA County Fire responded and transported the victim to a local hospital. The victim was treated at the hospital however he succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators from the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded and began an extensive investigation. The motive for the crime is not yet known.
