GRAND AVE BLOCKED FOR PARADE 
Please make arrangements to detour for the parade route on Grand Avenue, today. All cross streets will be closed from 11:15am until the end of the Tonkawa Fourth of July Parade. The parade starts at 12:00pm NOON. GRAND AVENUE WILL BE BLOCKED OFF FOR THE PARADE ROUTE AND ALL CROSS TRAFFIC WILL BE BLOCKED AT 3rd Street, 4th Street, 5th Street, 6th Street, 7th Street, Main Street and 9th Street. Please make travel arrangements to detour during that time. Thank you and Happy Fourth of July!!!
