* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 419 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Morristown, Somerville, Carteret, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park, East Hanover, Bound Brook, Manville, Chatham, Boonton, and Rockaway. - This includes the following highways... New Jersey Turnpike near exit 13. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 35 and 42. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 38 and 48.
