Northwestern Shawnee County in east central Kansas... Wabaunsee County in east central Kansas... Southern Pottawatomie County in northeastern Kansas... Southeastern Clay County in north central Kansas... Northwestern Lyon County in east central Kansas...

* Until 1100 PM CDT.

* At 1024 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near St. George to 8 miles northwest of Dwight to 5 miles west of Ramona, moving east at 65 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Northwestern Topeka, Manhattan, Junction City, Abilene, Wamego, Herington, Council Grove, Rossville, Alma, Eskridge, St. Marys, Ogden, Grandview Plaza, Dover, Silver Lake, Chapman, Riley, Enterprise, St. George and Maple Hill. This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 274 and 355.
