OWI-5th Offense
On 07/04/23, at 7:02 PM, a Janesville officer stopped a vehicle on Center and Rockport for running a red light.
The operator of the vehicle Harrison Rice, was id’d verbally. He showed signs of impairment, failed standardized field sobriety tests, and was arrested.
A DOT check showed Rice had 4 prior OWI convictions.
He refused a blood draw, and a warrant was applied for and granted. The results are pending.
He was held at the Rock County Jail until he goes to court.
