INCIDENT: PC 246- Shoot at Inhabited Dwelling
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Clary Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Anthony Davis, 31-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Saturday, July 01, 2023, at approximately 10:36 p.m., deputies with the Colorado River Station responded to a report of shots heard in the area of Clary Drive and Calle Hernandez Road in the city of Needles. Deputies contacted witnesses and the victim at the location. During the investigation it was found that Anthony Davis and the victim had a verbal altercation. When Davis left the location, he fired one round from a firearm. There were no injuries and no property damage was found.
Davis was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station for booking. Davis remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department in lieu of $70,000 bail, awaiting a court hearing.
