INCIDENT: PC 211 - Robbery
PC 3455 - Violation of Post Release Community Supervision
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Clary Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Joseph Moreno, 28-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, July 3, 2023, at approximatey 6:00 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service for a report of a robbery that just occurred. The victim advised the suspect assaulted him and took his wallet.
During the investigation, it was detemined that Joseph Moreno was in violation of PC 211 - Robbery. It was also determined that Moreno was released from jail on a previous case and was out on Post Release Community Supervision. Moreno was arrested and booked for PC 211 - Robbery and PC 3455 - Violation of Post Release Community Supervision.
Moreno remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
