INCIDENT: PC 273.6(a) - Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order
LOCATION: 400 Block of La Mesa Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Randy Hernandez, 30-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, July 4, 2023, deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service regarding a violation of a court order near the 400 block La Mesa Street in Needles, CA. The victim advised her ex-husband was on her property and was attempting to take her dog. When deptuies arrived on scene, it was determined the suspect Randy Hernandez was in violation of PC 273.6(A) - Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order.
Hernandez was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center for booking. Hernandez remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, awaiting a court hearing.
