Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department East Los Angeles Station is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Juvenile Heavan Lyann Dominguez. She is a 13 year-old female Hispanic who was last seen on July 6, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. on the 1000 block of South Arizona Avenue in East Los Angeles.
Heavan is 5’05” tall, 170 lbs, straight blue hair with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white beanie, black shirt, blue jeans, black converse shoes, black backpack, and accompanied by a small brown dog.
Ms. Dominguez suffers from depression.
Her family is concerned with her well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
