1. Carjacking (Delayed) 2200 Block of East Main Street, Park District
On 06/27/23 at 0800 hours the male victim, 40, was parked in the area when the suspect pointed a gun at him and told the victim to get out of the vehicle. The victim complied and the suspect fled in the victim's vehicle. SUSPECT: Black female in her thirties.

2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1150) El Dorado Street and Washington Street, Civic District

The female victim, 40, flagged down an officer in the area to report the suspect cut her with a knife. Officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. ARRESTED: Billy Borum, 59, for assault with a deadly weapon.

3. Pursuit Arrest (1304) El Dorado Street and Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Seaport District

Officers attempted a traffic stop in the listed area. The motorcycle failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The suspect eventually surrendered to officers and was arrested without incident.
ARRESTED: Miguel Cruz, 21, for evading and traffic charges.
