Attempted Murder Investigation
Union City, CA – On Friday, July 7, 2023, at around 1:38 AM, Union City Police Officers responded to FLOR dispensary to investigate a panic alarm activation.  On-site security advised suspects forced their way into the business to steal property.  When security confronted them, the suspects began shooting and struck the victim, causing non-life threatening injuries.  The suspects fled from the scene and were not located.
