The San Marino Police Department is seeking help in locating a missing person: Kou Changjun, a 41 year-old female Asian, 5’10” tall, 140 lbs, black hair and dark eyes. Kou Changjun was last seen at her residence on Duarte Road in the City of San Marino on 07/05/23 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Her clothing is unknown.
