* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving line of thunderstorms is expected to cross the region this afternoon and evening. Widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected with localized amounts of 3 to inches possible.
