* WHEN...Until 530 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 416 PM EDT, Heavy rain has ended across the area, with light showers tapering off through early evening. Minor flooding of low lying areas and small streams will slowly decrease through 530 PM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
