IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... New City, Monsey, Nanuet, Ramsey, Ringwood, Haverstraw, Pompton Lakes, Suffern, Sloatsburg, Bloomingdale, Pomona, Upper Nyack, Spring Valley, Stony Point, Oakland, Wanaque, Franklin Lakes, West Haverstraw, Valley Cottage and Airmont. The heaviest rain has fallen across the Rockland county portion of the warning, where a Flash Flood Emergency remains in effect.
