IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... New City, Monsey, Nanuet, Ramsey, Ringwood, Haverstraw, Pompton Lakes, Suffern, Sloatsburg, Bloomingdale, Pomona, Upper Nyack, Spring Valley, Stony Point, Oakland, Wanaque, Franklin Lakes, West Haverstraw, Valley Cottage and Airmont.
