* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 721 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain overspreading the region due to showers and thunderstorms. Areas of minor flooding are expected to develop this evening in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
