Lane Closures on Elm Street between Riverside Drive and Park Street - Tuesday, July 11th 
Beginning Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 6:30 a.m., Elm Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Riverside Drive and Park Street due to a water service installation at 3319 W. Elm Street. Work is anticipated to be completed by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Please plan accordingly as traffic will be impacted.
