UPDATE 9 A.M. 07/12/2023: Effective at 9 a.m., July 12, 2023, all areas under Leve 2 evacuation notices are downgraded to Level 1 (maintain awareness that there is a nearby fire). Firefighters will be working to firm up containment lines.
