On Thursday July 13, 2023 at approximately 8:55 a.m. Harper Woods Police Officers responded to the 19300 block of Kelly Road on the report of at least one person shot. Upon arrival officers verified two males were shot. One 25 year old male was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition. A 37 year old male was shot and killed at the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male, 508 tall, medium build, wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants, white shoes, and possibly wearing a ski mask. The suspect vehicle is a newer style Dodge Charger with tinted windows and a poor black paint job. The paint appeared to have been spray painted on.
