* At 252 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Birch River, or 12 miles south of Sutton, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include... Webster Springs, Addison (Webster Springs), Cowen, Boggs, Diana, Upper Glade and Erbacon.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BRAXTON, WV ... NICHOLAS, WV ... WEBSTER, WV
