Calistoga Cooling Center has moved to the Calistoga High School (Multi purpose room)1608 Lake St. It will be open on July 14th, 15th, & 16th,, 12PM - 9PM
It is expected that the Heat Index will reach 105 degrees over the next 3 days. In response to the potential health and safety issues this poses, Calistoga will be opening a cooling station at the Calistoga High school Multi purpose room 1608 Lake St. this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 14-16, from 12PM to 9PM.

If you are experiencing signs of Heat Exhaustion or any other health issues, please call 9-1-1 for medical assistance. Please be aware of Heat Exhaution symptoms:
Symptoms of heat exhaustions may start suddenly or progress over time, especially with prolonged periods of exercise. Possible heat exhaustion symptoms include:
• Cool, moist skin with goose bumps when in heat
• Heavy sweating
• Faintness
• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Weak, rapid pulse
• Low blood pressure
• Muscle cramps
• Nausea
• Headache
To prevent being a victim of heat exhaustion, keep hydrated by drinking water throughout the day.
