On July 13, 2023, members of the Gilroy/Morgan Hill SWAT team served a search warrant on the 1400 block of Eagles Nest Lane. During the search of the residence, numerous illegal firearms were located and seized, to include unregistered high-powered rifles and “ghost guns (un-serialized firearms).” Wilson Pagaduan, a 42-year-old resident of Gilroy, was arrested during the operation.
The investigation was led by the Gilroy Police Department’s Anti-Crime team, who suspected Pagaduan of being a prohibited person possessing and manufacturing illegal firearms. Anti-Crime Team Detectives were able to obtain a warrant for Pagaduan’s arrest and a search warrant for his residence subsequent to their investigation. Pagaduan was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail for numerous firearm related charges and child endangerment.
