* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, central Bergen and eastern Passaic.
* WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 922 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms capable of producing urban and small stream flooding. As of 920 PM, between 1/2 and 1 inch of rain had fallen in spots west of the Garden State Parkway. - Rainfall of 1/2 to 3/4 inch is expected over eastern portions of Bergen County where heavy rain was just moving in. - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
