INCIDENT: PC 22210 - Possession of a Leaded Cane/Billy Club
LOCATION: 2100 Block of Needles Highway, Needles
SUSPECT(S): Bernard Walters, 47-Years-Old, Resident of Golden Valley, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Friday, July 14, 2023, at approximately 12:07 a.m., deputies contacted Bernard Walters during a traffic enforcement stop, near the 2100 block of Needles Highway in the city of Needles. During the traffic stop, Walters was found to be in possession of a billy club.
Walters was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Walters remains in custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
