Green Bay Police Arrest Suspect in Non-Fatal Stabbing on Klaus Street
The Green Bay Police Department has arrested one person suspected of a non-life-threatening stabbing to a 24-year-old Green Bay man on Sunday, July 16, 2023, on the City’s east side.
Officers were dispatched to a residence just before 3:00 a.m. in the 1300 block of Klaus Street, where the male victim was found with a stab wound and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Police arrested the stabbing suspect, a 20-year-old Green Bay man, shortly after the incident with the assistance of a K9 unit, following a brief foot pursuit.
The suspect and the victim are reported to know each other.
Police have been told that there was an argument just prior to the incident.
There have not been any other reported injuries.
