Deputies Conduct Sex Registrant Compliance Operation in Loma Linda

INCIDENT: Sex Registrant Compliance Sweep/Operation Online Guardian
LOCATION: City of Loma Linda
SUSPECT: Leslie Houseworth, 65 years old, resident of Loma Linda
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Central Station, conducted a sex registrant compliance sweep in the city of Grand Terrace. The compliance sweep was conducted in conjunction with Operation Online Guardian sponsored by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The purpose of this compliance sweep was to confirm locations and information for registered sex offenders and locate registered sex offenders who were out of compliance with the terms and conditions of their sex registrant status. Leslie Houseworth is charged with failure to register a change of address and failure to annually register. The investigation was forwarded to the Office of the District Attorney for review and filing.
