7/11 - Police were called to a residence on East Mill Street for a violation of an order of protection, not in progress. The following day a male suspect was arrested by Milstadt Police, with the assistance of the Smithton Police and St. Clair County Sheriff's Department. The St. Clair County State's Attorney charged the defendant, Nicholas E. Christie age 36 of Millstadt, with one count of Violation of Order of Protection. His bond was set at $5,000.
