* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Missouri, including the following areas, in east central Missouri, Crawford MO and Washington MO. In southeast Missouri, Iron MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Francois MO and Sainte Genevieve MO.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will develop this evening and repeatedly move over the same location through the night resulting in heavy rainfall and potential for flash flooding.
