ROAD CLOSURE and POWER OUTAGE- Due to downed tree and utility poles. Avenue C and 10th St (Daniel Rd.). 
AVENUE C and 10TH ST. (DANIEL RD.) in Outcalt are CLOSED due to a tree and several utility poles down. Please follow the posted detour in place, or avoid the area. There are over 2,000 customers in the Outcalt and Mill Lake communities without power. JCP&L is enroute. There is no estimated time of restoration.
