* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following areas, Benton TN, Carroll, Henry, Obion and Weakley.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional heavy rainfall will be possible across areas that received very heavy rainfall during the early morning hours on Wednesday. Soil conditions are completely saturated and nearly all rainfall will be converted to runoff. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
