The Arcadia Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing person: Rong Yu Feng, Age 83, male Asian, 5'9", 150lbs, wearing a red vest, brown pants, and utilizing a walker. Last seen: at 601 Sunset Blvd. (Arcadia Living Facility) on 7/18/2023 at 8:30am. Rong has a cell phone, but it has been turned off. Rong also has access to money through his bank cards. Rong suffers from hypertension and diabetes and requires assistance from a walker or wheelchair to get around. Rong may be enroute to a former address in Paramount, Ca.
