* At 253 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles north of Mercer to 8 miles south of Masseyville to 7 miles southwest of Pocahontas, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Public. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
