Media Information: The Redwood City Police Department was recognized for their outstanding commitment in supporting the Drug Enforcement Administration in counternarcotic operations in Redwood City and elsewhere. DEA Special Agent In Charge Brian Clark and DEA Assistant Special Agent In Charge Katie Dorais, both from the San Francisco Field Division, presented Chief Kristina Bell with a plaque and letter of appreciation.
The Redwood City Police Department has had a successful partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration for over 10 years. During that time the two agencies have worked together to try to keep dangerous drugs off the streets. This collaborative effort has resulted in a safer community for those who live and work in Redwood City.
