The Hamilton County Highway Department is alerting motorist and residents that Thackery Blacktop from IL Rt. 14 north to the Railway Crossing in Thackery will be closed starting Monday, 07/10/2023. This closure of Thackery Blacktop is expected to last about 3 weeks depending on weather. The closure is necessary to complete soil cement and repavement of the roadway.
Please obey all road closed signs and barracades. Those who disregard the traffic control devices are subject to pay for damages and traffic citations. Please use caution for workers and construction equipment in the area.
