The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northern Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico... Southwestern Quay County in east central New Mexico... West central Curry County in east central New Mexico...

* Until 830 PM MDT.

* At 736 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ragland, or 20 miles south of Tucumcari, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Quay, Ragland, Mcalister and Forrest. This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 359 and 360.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CURRY, NM ... QUAY, NM ... ROOSEVELT, NM
