LOCATION: 16500 Block of Fir Street, Hesperia
SUSPECT: Shane David Andrade, 36-years-old, Resident of Hesperia
SUMMARY:
On May 26, 2023, deputies responded to a residential robbery in the 10600 block of Fargo Street in Oak Hills. According to the victim, the suspect entered her home while she was asleep and brandished a handgun. The suspect stole valuables from the victim, including electronics, her purse, and her 2018 Infiniti QX60.
Evidence was collected at the scene and deputies identified a possible suspect. Deputy N. Franco authored a search warrant for a residence in the 16500 block of Fir Street in Hesperia.
On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 1:00pm, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station, with the assistance of investigators assigned to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department's Gangs and Narcotics Division, served the warrant.
At the residence, deputies located stolen property believed to belong to the victim. Also located inside the residence was marijuana, ammunition, fake law enforcement attire, and extraction equipment consistent with manufacturing Butane Honey Oil.
Shane David Andrade, who is a convicted felon, was arrested for residential robbery, felon in possession of a firearm, and manufacturing of a controlled substance. He was booked into the High Desert Detention Center.
