The Santa Maria Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in finding a missing 13-year-old female juvenile who is considered to be at risk. The missing girl's name is Natividad Martinez-Espinoza. She is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 4 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 100 lbs., with black wavy hair and brown eyes. Espinoza primarily speaks Spanish and Mixteco.
She was last seen on July 21, 2023, around 7:00 a.m.
