1. Resisting Arrest (0215) 8200 Block of Kelley Drive, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to a business in the area on a report of a suspect trespassing. Officers contacted the suspect who was uncooperative and refused to leave the property. The suspect was arrested and taken to the police department for processing. The suspect resisted officers, spat on them, and had to be restrained. ARRESTED: Jason Carpenter 28, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and trespassing.
