* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 244 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Morristown, Somerville, Somerset, Bridgewater, Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville, Mendham, Flemington, Clinton, Peapack And Gladstone, and Hopewell. - This includes the following highways...
