* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Raritan, Sandy Hook-Staten Island, and Mullica-Toms. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Middletown, Old Bridge, Howell, Marlboro, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Keansburg, and Matawan. - This includes the following highways...
