INCIDENT: PC 243(E)(1) - Domestic Battery
LOCATION: 300 Block of E Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Aaron Jones, 33-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance near the 300 block of E Street, in Needles. When deputies arrived on scene, they found the suspect and victim in a heated verbal altercation. During the investigation, Aaron Jones was found to be in violation of PC 243(E)(1) - Domestic Battery. The victim denied medical attention at the scene.
Jones was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Jones remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000.00, pending a court hearing.
